Paperarc was engaged by WP Contractors as consultant architects during the construction of the Marie Williams Kindergarten, designed by Brand Architects. Our role was to assist with the satisfactory completion of the project while keeping both the kindergarten and the adjoining maternal and child health facility fully operational. The construction was carefully staged to minimise disruption and maintain a safe environment for children and families.
The expansion was delivered in preparation for the roll-out of subsidised kindergarten for three-year-olds. It doubled the centre’s capacity through the addition of two new rooms and a minor expansion of an existing room. We also integrated the kindergarten and maternal and child health facilities, creating a convenient one-stop-shop for the Kilmore community.
