Grant Applications

At Paperarc, we specialise in designing community-focused spaces including early learning centres, schools and not-for-profits, and we understand that securing funding is often the first hurdle.

Whether you’re applying for a Building Blocks Grant, a local council program, or a philanthropic initiative, we can help you navigate the process and give your project the best chance of success.

How We Help

We support our clients at every stage of the grant process:

  • Early advice and design guidance
We work with you to scope your project in line with your community needs, and match that to the relevant funding guidelines, ensuring your design proposal aligns with program objectives and eligibility requirements.
  • Concept design reports
We prepare professional concept design reports—including existing conditions assessments, proposed plans, sustainability features and staging strategies—tailored to the grant criteria.
  • Technical documentation for submission
We coordinate the preparation of required reports from other consultants, such as soil hygiene, asbestos audits, accessibility assessments, and cost plans by Quantity Surveyors.
  • Application writing support
We help you frame your case—how the project will improve access, inclusion, sustainability, and future kindergarten capacity—using clear, concise language aligned to grant merit criteria.
  • Experience with successful grant-funded projects
We’ve helped community clients like Nara Community Early Learning Centre secure significant funding through the Building Blocks Infrastructure Grant, and the Melbourne Karen Buddhist Association obtain funding via the Multicultural Communities Infrastructure Fund, and have deep experience working with local councils and committees of management for both School’s and Early Learning Centres.
