Paperarc recently completed two contemporary townhouses in a prominent corner location in Brunswick. Each residence is designed to balance timeless architectural form with a refined, material-driven palette that celebrates natural textures and light.
Both three-bedroom homes feature generous, light-filled living and dining areas that connect seamlessly to private landscaped courtyards with a northern aspect. The interiors are defined by high-quality finishes including granite benchtops, natural timber detailing, and carefully selected fixtures that create spaces that feel calm, enduring, and beautifully crafted.
Externally, the architecture responds sensitively to its urban context through a series of gabled roof forms that reflect the surrounding character, while incorporating modern cladding systems and concealed roof drainage for a crisp, contemporary expression. The restrained use of materials—brickwork, metal, and timber—reinforces a sense of warmth and permanence.
With 5kW photovoltaic arrays, sustainable heat pump hot water units, and rainwater harvesting systems, the homes combine comfort with sustainability. Each townhouse includes a lock-up garage, off-street parking, and thoughtful landscaping that enhances privacy and contributes to the streetscape.
Designed to sit comfortably within the evolving inner-urban fabric, these two townhouses embody Paperarc’s focus on designing homes that look beautiful, perform efficiently, and are enjoyable to live in.
